Returns (voluntary)
- 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging.
- Opened/used products can’t be returned (unless faulty).
- Return shipping at your cost unless we made a mistake/faulty.

- Refunds within 14 days after we receive the return (or proof of shipment) to the original payment method.
- Faulty/damaged: email with photo — we’ll replace, credit, or refund (incl. shipping).
